I love GOG! Have bought a number of games there and have had no issues.

Good to know -- thanks! One of my kids expressed interest in it. It doesn't sound like he'd enjoy it all that much. If he still thinks he wants it after it's been out for a while, and the price goes down, we might get it. He's more into action than creating creatures at this point.

So has anyone here tried Spore yet?

Morrowind is soooo much fun! Have you played any Elder Scrolls games before?

Meanwhile I'm playing Totem Tribe...it's actually a fun little game! The animation makes me smile.

You know, I never played the Police Quest games...probably missing out here...

I've to go with the Mage Guild Quests ;) Not even found that yet - but could I even do it? I selected Knight as my class - but my race is... ugh - forgetting the name - but I am able to cast fireballs and heal myself (so far)... You can join all the guilds. I recommend waiting to do the Thieves Gui...

My kids and I say stuff from games all the time. "Tis beyond my reach" is a staple. Also, from Elder Scrolls, "You n'wah!" and "WHY...WON'T...YOU...DIE??" (when trying to swat a fly, naturally.,,)

My favorite quests are the Daedric and Dark Brotherhood ones.

First Choice: Valanice -- that librarian 'do conjures up some bad vibes...

Second Choice: Connor "Tis Beyond My Reach" (well of COURSE it is...)

Just follow the red arrow on your compass, and like AndreaDraco said, you will get to your objectives.

Are you playing it on PC? There are a few minor glitches in the game which make the PC version more desirable.

Tawmis, how are you doing with Oblivion? I LOVED Oblivion. Just finished ESIII: Morrowind, including Tribunal and Bloodmoon. Since I had Oblivion for XBox, I couldn't use any mods.
