My hubby looked at the problem... he said it doesn't have the diagnostic tool because the Laura Bow 2 for DOSBox program was not installed (I'm sure I didn't explain the problem well enough in the first post). It won't read the disc that the program is on (disc 3 of 3 of the KQ Collection Series... ...
