I solved the issue. I had a copy of the Anthology disc lying around. I used the Anthology installer for Quest for Glory 4 in conjunction with the Anthology CD and it works. Not sure why the Collectors edition didn't work. Thanks for your input.

Hi all, I have the QFG Collection CD in my disc drive. I discovered the useful installer on this website in conjunction with DOSBox. I have DOSBox 0.74 installed. The installer worked great with QFG 1, 2, 3. But number 4 fails to work -- which is the one I especially wanted to play, voice-overs etc....
