k weirdness... I tried some stuff with ACT... didn't work.. went back tot he blade exe comp and only disabled the bottom 3 (desktop stuff, scaling, etc) and did not set comp mode... ran it directly and now it is working.. do the ACT settings work outside of running it from the ACT console? if so it ...

if I set it to win95 compat mode and disable scaling, composition visual effects and set it to 640x480 and 256 color, I do not get the graphic 2mb ram popup... it still crashes to desktop though

yea..probably something with my system (or ati's latest drivers)... event viewer says it crashed with the faulting module ntdll.dll..

not sure if this is the right place or not, but the blade runner installer, while it installs. the game crashes on startup (First got an error about 3d, then a box popped up saying I need at least 2mb video ram..lol) then I get the win 7 blade.exe has stopped working box...
