Re: Industry Award.
Love this tribute! It actually gave me goosebumps the first time I watched a few days ago. :) So many happy memories are connected with playing Sierra games. I'm just so thrilled to see them get the recognistion they deserve, and judging by the cheers from the crowd, are still remembered fodnly by t...

Re: New Acquisitions Thread (image heavy)
Thank you for posting that picture Collector! Looks like there's a lot more paper work in that release of the game. Especially the I Helped Save the Earth paperback book looks interesting. Definitely will keep a lookout for that release as well!

Re: King's Quest by the Odd Gentlemen (Trailer inside!)
Hm, not very impressed with the trailer really, at least it doesn't change my wariness about this game ever since they announced it. To be honest, the only thing that has got me really interested in this game so far is the excitement and approval that Ken and Roberta Williams have expressed for it. ...

Re: New Acquisitions Thread (image heavy)
Ahh, the SDS version of EcoQuest. Yup, was glad to find any version of it really, over here in Belgium. :) Do you know, is there any difference in the content of the box between this release and the earlier EcoQuest cd-rom release? Any other feelies included in that one, or maybe in the disk versio...

Re: New Acquisitions Thread (image heavy)
Hi everyone!
Two new additions to my humble Sierra collection, and two very different games at that! Glad to finally find a copy of EcoQuest 1, I never played it before! And then Homeworld Cataclysm. Never played this one either!

Re: So with GK1 being remade...
Only had time to play it for about an hour or so, but so far I quite like it! They've done a great job in updating the graphics, with backgrounds that still remind you of the original game, but look a lot sharper of course. The 3D look of the characters takes some getting used to, but the animation ...

Re: New Acquisitions Thread (image heavy)
There is Vintage Sierra , but it is no longer maintained and is incomplete. There is a site that is being worked on, but is mostly not available, yet. Thanks for the link Collector! That's already something to start from, too bad it is no longer maintained or updated. And good to hear there's a new...
