It worked! You guys are great. Thanks Collector for your diligence in trying to figure out the issue for me and thanks Bek for posting how you fixed it. I appreciate it and I am off to Gabriel Knight land!

I thought I replied to this, but it never posted. I have the game installed on the C drive. I used the installer available on this site that puts all of the disks on the computer, which I guess is supposed to fix some problems, but I get this save error. It is a regular account, not an admin account...

I have Windows XP.

I have installed Gabriel Knight 3 and it appears to be working properly. However, I cannot save the game. When I press F5 to save, it gives me an error of... Cannot create save file. How do I fix this? Also, the ESC key does nothing so I have to control alt delete to get out of the game. Thanks.
