I'm also using the retail cd's with collectors installer.. Don't think it matters which copy it is.. Although if you bought the GOG copy it should work since they promise it will run fine.

I tried setting it to all resolutions. nothing works.. the email is the only thing I cant access. I'm wondering if its a driver issue with ATI and Nvidia. What video card are you using collector?

I too have this problem. Cant get past Day 3 cause of it. I really hope this can be looked at so I can finish the game
