Re: Break The Spine.

Have fun! :D Those two are both very interesting books. :) Here's a bit of trivia for you... Robinson Crusoe has the distinction of being the very first novel in the English language. Of course there are lots of contenders, but most people agree on that. The first book of Gulliver's Travels (and th...

Re: Break The Spine.

Later I'm going to the countryside for my vacation and I am taking both Guliver's travels and Robinson Crusoe with me, now I read very slow, so I'll most likely not get aroun to reading both, but I haven't decided yet witch one I want to start with first :-D.

Re: Diablo III

What is Diablo III? The game that come's after Diablo II, Duh :-p. Joke aside. It's a hack'n slash rpg where you basically slay your way through many, often demon related, enemies devided onto 4 acts until the end of act 4 where you have to fight the prime evil thus (hopefully) saving the wor...

Re: Just picked up S & M: The Devil's Playground...

Devil's playground was my first experience with the whole episode thing, I was against it at first because I had the misconception that they took a whole game and cut it into pieces in order to earn more money. The people i was freelance reviewing for at the time game me the game and I have to say t...

Re: The Brainless Box (aka Television Shows)

Have you watched Supernatural? I'm interested in what someone who watched the first seasons for both shows thinks of Grimm compared to Supernatural. Yes, I've watched supernatural. I think it all depends on what you like. I do agree that grimm could have made a better job of trying to fit the fairy...

Re: The Brainless Box (aka Television Shows)

I have to admit that Grimm had a bit of a b-movie feal sometimes (I agree with the sometimes wooden actors), however, I still thought it was a good show. I do admit, though, that I have a weakness for supernatural themed shows. On another note, they have also been showing Once apon a time. I have to...

Re: Break The Spine.

Carl Sagan: "One of the greatest gifts adults can give--to their offspring and to their society--is to read to children". My mom read to me when I was a child and it has become some of the most cherrished memories I have. Even when I had become an adult we would take turn reading to each ...

The newest Nancy Drew game. And if it's not to expensive, I might get the newst Sherlock Holmes game aswell. Otherwise I've been thinking about re-playing some old classics.

Re: TV shows you loved that ended too soon or had lame endin

I'm with BBP on Jonathan Creek. The few episodes I've seen with the new side kick where no where near as good as the earlier ones. A show that had a way too abrubt and forced ending is Pushing Daisies. The last episode concluded with a sort of recap of what could have been an entire season if it had...
