Every game has something good and something bad about it...

So what would you say is good AND bad about the following...

Goldrush -
Goldrush Remake (Sunlight Games) -

Gold Rush!:
GOOD: I like how it incorporates history in the story. It can be pretty educational.
BAD: The random deaths. It's not a big deal and they were something I was expecting. And I do understand that having random deaths is the point. It's just that in adventure games, a death means you did something wrong. Random deaths might be a little confusing to a player and make them try to figure out what they did wrong.

I never played the remake.

Gold Rush 2:
GOOD: They did try to reproduce scenes from the original game in the new 3D engine. And that's about it.
BAD: The biggest thing was that it was easy and kind of boring. I beat it in one sitting after 2-3 hours. Beyond that it just doesn't look very good. I'd take an AGI version over this any time.
