Back in 2000, I saved a copy of the main page of the official King's Quest forum. This was shortly before the forums changed to the WebX format*, and for reasons unknown, I decided to preserve this little piece of Sierra message board history.
Also, here's the archived main page of the forums.
*Speaking of which, anyone remember how the SQ forums title bar had messed-up Roman numerals, saying the forum covered SQI-IV or something like that? And how almost every forum had a fan art/fan fiction section? And how you could provide links to other fansites and unnofficial forums? Good times.
EDIT: I was considering posting this on the official forums for some time. Now I'm glad that I kept putting it off.
EDIT2: Darned Photobucket shrunk the image. Reuploaded.

Re: Official Sierra Forums nostalgia
Looks like each board format marked an age.
First there was this one, which unfortunately I do not remember.
Then, 2000 to 2005, the old good WebX. (God, how do I miss the dark purple GK skin!)
2005: switch to jive, an elegant, but slow, buggy and grey format.
2008: the official boards shutting down, and everyone moving to phpBB powered boards.
I did not think I would ever get nosthalgic about the Jive boards, but I am. They'd been home for three years...

Re: Official Sierra Forums nostalgia
I remember them! What a melancholia!
Hey, does anyone knows what happened to PhilipC from Gabriel Knight Board? Back then, he was very supportive of me even if my English was so bad!
It would be nice to hear from him again!

Talk to coffee? Even Gabriel isn't that addicted!
