Currently working on Larry 6 and there will be a video with the different ways he can die. Am i missing any?
- opening the door in the Blues Bar
- the toilet Easter Egg
- using the unzip icon on Gary
- taking the security guy's revolver
- chosing certain options on the sexline (will boot you out of the game)
- persistantly clicking on Cav's blouse for her to show her... erm... assets
- going into the sauna or mudbath with clothes on
- sucking on the tire of the van in the kitchen
- weightlifting in the gym

Found some more:
- try climbing the fence of the employee area
- walk into the sea
- try to get handcuffs without having the camera showing the ladies' showers
- jumping in the pool with clothes on
- running the cellulite drainage machine without lubricating its piston
Should have nearly all of them now...

Nice! I found two you missed though. And some people say that a certain fence will break when you lean onto it but I've never found that one (and boy I tried!)
