So, which one should I buy?
Now that I finally have my copy of Leisure Suit Larry: The Ultimate Pleasure Pack, my Sierra collection is just about complete. The only hole in it is Space Quest...
Thats quite a large, gaping black hole, don't you think?
Anyways, heres where I need help....
I need to know which collection I should buy.
I have 3 options:
The Space Quest 15th Anniversery Collector's Edition (1994)
Roger Wilco Unclogged (1995)
Space Quest Collection Series (1996)
With the first 2, Ide have to buy The Spinal Frontier seperate, but thats no problem.
What is a problem is the extras. All the other series had a clear "best choice" when it came to the collections. This one Im not sure about. I don't know if theres any extras on the 96 collection. I read that the 94 one has a video from "The Two Guys" from yadda yadda on it, and the 95 one replaces that vid with an "Inside Space Quest" vid. However, when looking over Collector's installer for the 94 release, it showed the "Inside Space Quest" vid, but no "Two Guys" one. Im leaning towards getting Roger Wilco Unclogged, but was hoping somebody here could help me make a final decision.

Actually, I have several of the collections. I say any of them that fill the gaping hole of Space Quest. I am pretty sure others could help you get whatever video you're missing.

The Collection Series is the only one that has all the games.

The 1996 collection (actually it's 1997) also comes with the preview of Space Quest 7. "Inside Space Quest" is definitely on it, too. Not sure about the "two guys from Andromeda". Think it is though.

As I said, buying the last game seperatly is no problem, if I decide to go with the 94 or 95 ones. Does the last one, the 96/97 Collection, have Roger Wilco's Spaced Out Game Pack on it?
Re: So, which one should I buy?
Both of them do.

Speaking as a hardcore Space Quest fan, get the Collection Series (1997). It's the best collection of Space Quest anywhere.

Okay doke!
Thanks guys. I didn't know if the 97 release had the "Spaced Out Game Pack" on it, which is mainly what I was curious about. I guess Ill get that one then.
