Man - I have run through games in my head to see where that could be from and I am not seeing it. I am looking at both the candle, the scene, and the graphics and I can't seem to match anything up...

Going to go with GK1 though.

It is a Sierra adventure game. And I like it very, very much, but no, it's not Sins of the Fathers
