Gateway/GK/PQ sites down

It looks like Al's servers are down, again. The Gateway, GK and PQ sites have not been accessible for the past few days. They were down and then back up for a day or so and have not been back since.

I was wondering what was going on. Haven't been able to get to them all week.

Andrea is doing a community walkthrough of GK2 and was trying to link to Pause, for all the good that did. I have sent an email to Almirena. We'll see if I get a response, but snail mail may be the only way.

First of all let me start off with an apology. Our engineers at the DC have been working tirelessly for the past 24 hours to bring back the server online. We are extremely sorry for this catastrophe. Everything will be up by this evening. We would like to provide 3 months of free service in compensation for this extended downtime. Please send a ticket to billing once your sites are back online. Thank you for your loyalty and we assure you we are doing everything we can to bring everything back up as soon as possible.
