I shall give a clue and say it's not your standard SIERRA game, but it is IS a SIERRA game... and to my knowledge, I believe it's the first POINT AND CLICK Sierra game ever released... (someone can potentially correct me if I am wrong, but I am pretty sure I am right).

Manhunter: New York, to my knowledge is the first point and click game in Sierra's history. But yes, this is Manhunter: San Fran. The window in the pink building (second floor, I guess) all the way to the left. (You can click the image for it to become slightly larger, and it's easier to see).
