Diagnostic Tool Program Failure?

Post by MusicallyInspired »

Don't know if this matters or not, but I ran your diagnostic tool, Collector, for Mask of Eternity (the installer of which works wonders, btw) just for fun and some of the information it dumps is incorrect. For instance, it says I only have 2048MB of RAM when I in fact have 3GB. And it says my video card is 256MB when it is 512MB. Just thought I'd bring it to your attention.

I believe that the plugin that gathers the info gets it from the DirectX Dialog Tool. I just checked on my new system and it is reporting only 256MB of RAM for my card when it has 1GB. I noticed that it is misreporting my system RAM, too. I'll have to look into it when I get a chance, but most of the games that have an SHP installer it is irrelevant information.
