I don't think Collector's made No CD installers for some of the "newer" older Sierra games...
But I will let him step up and verify that or not.

Re: Alien Legacy installer
It is a new installer that I wrote for someone that was having trouble setting it up in DOSBox. It has only been tested with version 1.10. If you have a different version it may be using the wrong label for the mount. What is the label of your CD?

Re: Alien Legacy installer
Go to the CD in My Computer, right click on the CD and choose properties. It will display the volume label for the disc. The disc that the installer is based on is AL_CD_V110. I suspect that yours is different, because the installer mounts the CD in DOSBox with that label.

Re: Alien Legacy installer
No scratches or anything on the CD? Sometimes the scratches don't even need to be that visible... for example my Phantasmagoria CDs look perfect (almost new!) - and yet I couldn't get the install to work, because on the 2nd CD all the files were failing (see here for more). So just take a good look at your CD and make sure there's no scratches or anything that could be causing it to fail?ltcolonel97062 wrote:How odd! I did what you said and its the same! AL_CD_V110. So now what?
Collector will come along (again) with more useful information I am sure. I just like to talk. As you can see by the post count.

You did choose full install when you ran the installer, didn't you? Attach the diagnostic log here.
