problem in Gabriel Knight 2 shows not all the remaining inventory in the game with DOSBox installer or it has nothing to do with DOSBox I know.

in my backup, then unzip the folder and copy both files in the same directory as the installed game.

The save games from Sierra are very version specific. Your save crashes my US version game. The installer was designed for the English and Spanish versions of the game only. If you have the French version I am surprised that the installer even worked. I have no way to troubleshoot problems from other localized versions.

Unfortunately, if Collector isn't able to help, there isn't going to be much more that can be done. Collector makes the patches on his own free time and free will (and doesn't get paid unless folks kindly take the time to donate).

We're not, despite what other websites may report, an official Sierra webpage. And Sierra (the official folks) I believe have long since stopped supporting these classic games.

Unfortunately, not how it works. Collector said he can't make a patch from a localized copy. Your best bet is doing what Collector said, and checking with the people you got the game from.

You do not have to donate anything. I do not have the localized versions to work from, so I can't do anything with them. And I am not going to get pirated copies, either. This site has gained too high of a profile to become associated with abandonware, especially just as the old Sierra properties might be on the verge of becoming money makers again.
