Camelot save game request

Hi all,

I was playing through Conquests of Camelot via the latest DOSBox. I have version 1.001.000 (US release) of the game. I received the infamous "Out of Heap" error upon arriving in Gaza. I downloaded the saved games to bypass the error from here:

But I can't use them. I receive the following error when trying to restore one of those save games. "The game was saved under a different interpreter. It cannot be restored." I opened one of the save games from Sierra Help in Notepad and it appears they are related to version 0.000.001 of the game. That version number doesn't make any sense to me. Wouldn't that be a pre-pre alpha alpha build of the game if the number is to be believed?. Regardless, that's not why I called. Does anyone have a saved game after arriving in Gaza? Preferably with the highest score at that point, which I believe is 107/71/118. But, I'll take what I can get. Many thanks!

Those work, thanks! I tried the one saved at Southampton and set off for Gaza (as well as later ones), and didn't receive the Out of Heap error. I'll at least be able to continue the story.

I had been trying to get the maximum score. The point scores of the included saves are way below what I had at the time, so I'm off to look at the point list and see if I can figure out where to continue from. If I encounter the error again, I'll put the goal of a max score aside.
