Hint 1 (very obscure): the mysterious William Langland would know something about this game

Hint 2 (less obscure): the screen above is taken from a sort of in-game map of a certain location

If you're interested, this is the hints' explanation:
if you want to know this game, you have to understand... the substance of value and the magnitude of value
Longbow's designer is Christy Marx and "the substance of value and the magnitude of value" is a quote from Karl Marx's Capital: Critique of Political Economy.
the mysterious William Langland would know something about this game
The first literary mention of Robin Hood occurs in Piers Plowman, the allegorical poem (supposedly) by William Langland.
the screen above is taken from a sort of in-game map of a certain location
The image below, from which the cropped screenshot was taken, is the in-game map of the Fens Monastery.

The William Langland reference is what gave it away. I did not remember the screenshot.

Seriously? Other than the map hint, who the heck would know those things? I googled them and still didn't know. :? I love ya anyway. ;)
