I probably would've voted Open Season had I known what a lead SQ4 had.

Which is EXACTLY why I disabled changing votes for these. I want people to vote with what their gut says, and not change it after.

SQ4, despite the fact that the game was a bit buggy and the skate-o-rama thing was awfully implemented. It had the series's trademark humor but also actually had a well-written and engaging storyline and of course Gary Owens's fantastic narration.

I'm on a toss-up between SQ4 and KQ4 as well.

SQ4 introduced Gary Owens, came up with an original time travel concept, and practically re-invented self-referential humor. And if you know exactly how to beat it, watching the game unfold is like watching a very serious movie take a lot of quirky turns.

On the other hand, I already clicked on KQ4 for the nostalgia factor. That, and it really re-captured the original KQ1 formula in a whole new way. It had an amazing soundtrack, the characters were rich, and... it had the whale tongue.

I think I want to change my vote for SQ4. But wait - that one had the skate-o-rama! Grrr!

I'll keep it on KQ4, just because I blame SQ4 for introducing time-travel plot-points that have otherwise screwed with the canon for the rest of the series and made writing SQ fan-games a living nightmare.

Actually, no. Unless they make it through via votes, they won't be included (which is why there won't be a SQ7, LSL7 (since LSL is one behind, because the lack of LSLIV), or PQ7).
