Mixed-up Mother Goose SCI EGA 5.25" disk 1

Post by Collector »

Anyone have the 5.25" version of Mixed-up Mother Goose SCI EGA? My disk one was corrupt. It came with two 3.5" disks, too, but I would like to build in support for both the 3.5" and 5.25" versions in the installer. I need to know the file layout of the disks.

I don't know if you're talking about 360KB or 1.2MB 5.25" floppies.
I UL the info of version that I have - I hope it's the one you're looking for:

Could someone help me too? I'm looking for this game and this version seems to be hardest to get (one link not working and one or two "mislabeled" - they actually lead to the first VGA version).
I used to have the 1990/SCI0/EGA version of Mother Goose - years ago... (No, I wasn't a toddler at that time - during my early childhood this was a locked-up communist country and few people had computers - so I first plaed this game as an early teenager.) I have lots of sentiment for this version, the grahics are quite simple, yet very "clean" compared to the original version...
But please, no 5.25" disks. ;) I haven't used one for at least 16 years. My current computer doesn't have a flop at all - my old one used to have a 3.5" flop (and people repairing my computer reacted as if it was some medieval invention), but it was half dead and I just had to get a new computer.
