Favorite Character: Toro!
Least Favorite Character: Probably what's-his-name. The bad guy from QFG3. The Demon Sorcerer. He's the main villain and he didn't even get a name or more than one scene. No main villain should ever be forgettable.
Favorite Episode: Shadows of Darkness
Most Difficult Puzzle: I think the final battles in QFG2, 3, and 4 are the most trial-and-error heavy parts of the game.
Easiest Puzzle: I remember a part in QFG3 where all I had to do to catch a thief was follow him. Otherwise, the QFG games are pretty fair and logical with their puzzles. Use money to buy food. Use key to unlock door. Throw knife to kill guy, etc.
Stupidest Puzzle: I still can't understand the bit with the Antwerp in QFG1. It's a puzzle, but... what does it accomplish?
Favorite Puzzle: Barricading yourself in the mess hall with the 3 Stooges in QFG1.
Favorite Villain: Katrina

Can't think of any. Who would be considered the most annoying?

QFG1

5. Which was the most difficult puzzle to solve in QUEST FOR GLORY?
Maybe the mage maze game thingy in QFG1 because there was some luck involved.

6. Which was the easiest puzzle to solve in QUEST FOR GLORY?
Finding and getting the ring in QFG1, maybe?

7. Which was the “stupidest” puzzle in QUEST FOR GLORY?
Can't think of any.

8. Who was your favorite “villain” of the QUEST FOR GLORY series?

2. Favorite Character: Ad Avis. He was so baad, always twirling his moustache in an eeeevil way.

3. Least Favorite Character: I agree that the Demon Wizard could've used more history or screen-time - after all, he's such an important character (he's the one who poisoned Rakeesh, remember?) A close second is Issur, the blacksmith in Shapeir. He's such a pompous ass. ;-P

4. Favorite Episode: Shadows of Darkness, with "Trial by Fire" a very close second.

5. Most Difficult Puzzle: Not really difficult, just tedious - building up your skills in QfG3. Otherwise, Yorick's room in the VGA version of QfG1.

6. Stupidest Puzzle: Yorick's room in QfG1 (the VGA version). In the EGA version, you can get Yorick to leave by asking him about Elsa or himself, etc., but in the VGA version, the minute you move - BAM! Yorick casts a spell on you. *grumble*

7. Favorite Puzzle: Barricading yourself in the mess hall with the 3 Stooges in QFG1.

8. Favorite Villain: Katrina, with Ad Avis a close second.
