The Sierra Chest Newsletter finally goes live!
Hello folks,
After three years, it is there: The Sierra Chest Newsletter is finally fully functional. So far seven newsletters have been sent over the years, which included a 2-year break, because the subscription system was messed up. Well, it's fully upgraded and functional now so, if you like, you can subscribe. Also the people who were subscribed to the previous newsletters, please subscribe again through the new system on the site to ensure you are included. Simply click the button on the top right of the site (http://www.sierrachest.com). It's accessible on any page).
The newsletter is sent on an approximately quarterly base and contains more than just new stuff on the Sierra Chest site. It contains information on all Sierra related topics. For example, the recent Adventure Gamers top 100, the release of fan-made games Space Quest 2 and Space Quest: Vohaul Strikes back, updates on Phoenix Online, new installers on SierraHelp and much more. Every newsletter, which contains about 10 pages of Sierra news, has new interesting things.
Newsletter #8 will be released in about 2 weeks.
Cheers!

They're uploaded, but not accessible. Want them? I could put them in the publications section, but I'm feeling a bit awkward about that, since they're fan-made and not true Sierra publications.

And just a little bit more work and I'll be in a good position to help fill out those pages you asked for.

I'd like them too, Rudy! I was sent a couple of them, but I fear I don't have them anymore on my HD. If you don't want to share them with the general public, how about a special newsletter bundle just for us?dotkel50 wrote:Don't know about anyone else but I'd like them.

I just checked all 7 newsletters. They load fine for me. I'm using Firefox. When does the error occur?

Re: The Sierra Chest Newsletter finally goes live!
She probably does not have the Acrobat browser plugin. That error means that the browser does not know how to display the file.
