Don't know about a plug-in, I have the Acrobat Reader. Wouldn't I get a message telling me I needed a plug-in?

You mean that Rudy's page that have the links does not load as opposed to the links on Rudy's page don't load? What version of IE do you have? You could always use Firefox to get to the page, but if IE will not properly display the page Rudy needs to fix it.

The link that Rudy posted here gives me those errors. I never get to Rudy's page. I just tried going to Sierrachest.com in a seperate tab and got the error too. It was fine yesterday, and I haven't made any changes to my browser or system. I have IE 8.

When I suggested that you try the right click and save as, I assumed that you were on the Sierra Chest page, but could not download the newsletters. It loads fine for me on IE9.

Just tried on IE8. Works fine for me. Don't know why it doesn't work for you.

My XP laptop has IE8 and it works just fine. Try it in safe mode (from the run box, "iexplore -extoff"). This starts up IE without any of the plugins or other addins. If it works, you probably have a corrupted or rogue plugin.

Run your virus/spyware scanner(s). Once you are assured that you are not infected, try updating to IE9. You might also want to try Firefox. I have found that Firefox is less prone to infections/exploits. And with the addition of extensions like Adblock and Flashblock it is amazing how much less irritating the web is.

I tried IE9 when it first came out and it wouldn't let me download anything from SHP so i went back to IE8. If it's a virus, why is Rudy's site the only one i'm having a problem with?

The fact that you could not get any websites in safe mode is very suspicious.
