I need a paladin character save from QFG3

Not finding any Glory in this whole Quest for Glory bit? Need a hint? Or just want to discuss Quest for Glory - this is the place to do it!

I need a paladin character save from QFG3

Post by Tinuviel »

I managed to overcome all of the buggy crap with a paladin I carried over from QFG2, but in the final fight, it just sticks when I'm supposed to finish off the Demon Wizard.

This is so damn frustrating. I came so close to being able to finish this myself.

So I'm looking for a .sav file for a paladin that's finished QFG3...anyone able to help me out?

EDIT: I should probably mention, this is the QFG Anthology. I don't know if that makes a difference or not.

You can use one of the character creators here. The versions of the games should make no difference.

Unfortunately, neither of the programs is able to run on my system. I have Windows 7 64-bit.

EDIT: It seems my little hintbook can be wrong. I got past what I thought was a bug, but was really a bug in the hintbook (aka, wrong info).

But still, I did not get either program you suggested working, so that is still an issue if I ever have this problem again. :D

The first two (qfg3chtr and QfGchar) are DOS programs that can be run in DOSBox and the last one, Quest for Glory Character Importer '95, is a 32-bit program that will run on x64 Windows.
