Roberta Williams anthology on windows 7

Hi,
I'm an OLD fan of kings quest and other sierra games. I've had the anthology for years. But now I want to play the games again on my win 7. I used the new installer for the antholgy intallation. But some games woun't work: remake of kq1("unable to initialize your music hardware", "out of heap space") and both versions of mixed up mother goose ("mgagi.bat file not found. please reinstall", mgsci.bat file not found. please reinstall). Might be more but I haven't tried them all yet. I have looked arount this forum for sollutions but haven't found the right help. I hope I'm not causing much irritation about something that does have a simple sollution staring me right in the eye and my just not seing it . I guess some more info of my promblem need to be specified so please just let me know what and I'll provide it.

It sounds like you may have a different version of the Anthology than the installer was expecting.Perhaps a localized version? Run the included diagnostic and attach the logs here as files.

Quick fix; drop the attached file in your KQSCI folder. Then in the "Mixed-up Mother Goose" folder, rename MMG.BAT to MGAGI.BAT. In your "Mixed-up Mother Goose SCI" folder, rename MMGSCI.BAT to MGSCI.BAT.

I had a hard drive crash a while back and in the recovery process some errors were introduced in my installers. Thanks for reporting it. The fixes will be included in the next version of the installer.
