MOE-Installer with patch

Hi,

does the new installer for Windows 7 64 Bit include also the Patch to 1.3?
I can't install the patch, because it is not for 64 Bit...

Also I have a few problems of running the game in Direct3D, there I didn't see the inventory-bar. Is there a chance to fix that?

Any ideas of the problems with D3D? Also I can't use the 800x600 resolution

800x600 requires that the Glide Wrapper be used and 3DFX selected. Be sure to allow it to be installed with the game.
