I've loaded up the game, no problem - mouse moves around until the green Sierra screen pops up, then no mouse at all.
I AM using a USB mouse, but I was told that DOSBox should still be able to detect this.
Any clue as to how to get the mouse to show up?
I've also tried doing the CTL+F10 to lock the mouse in to the game, and that doesn't do anything either.
Thanks in advance!
Ruskana

Re: Can't get mouse to work in DOSBox
Outside of a few patch files missing, I see nothing as to why you should be having the problem. Remember that there is no cursor for most of the opening screens. Did you wait for the message asking if you have played the game before? This is the point that you get the cursor back.

Re: Can't get mouse to work in DOSBox
I've left it for about 10 minutes just to see if something would happen, but no cursor comes back
Re: Can't get mouse to work in DOSBox
Actually the game doesn't do anything, it just stays at the King's Quest V screen 'Absence makes the heart go yonder'.
Do you think that is the problem there? It freezes up?
