Well, the image is called QfG4.jpg, so that's pretty obvious... hmm. Could it be one of those "grave sites" that you only see at night, which a wraith rises from and drains your health very quickly?

One of them is not far from the graveyard, and another is in the graveyard itself - but you can only "meet" it if you help the Rusalka...
