I'm running out of ideas...It looks like a shoe, but I could be completely off...

Maybe from the caves of the elves who lived in the Dark Forest? You know, the ones that make the shoes that you eventually give the cobbler?

If not, could we possibly get a hint or a larger pic?

I'll give ya a hint. When you guessed if it was Mordack's kitchen in KQ5, you were on the right track. If no one can still figure it out, I'll post a larger pic of it
