King's Quest V Versions

Hello!

I recently wondered about all the different King's Quest V Versions that I saw/own. There are at least
0.000.051
0.000.054
0.000.055
0.000.062
Does anybody know, if there are differences in these Versions VISIBLE to the player in any sense? Or was this "just" bugfixing? I Was searching quite a bit, but didn't see anything on that.

You are obviously talking about the floppy version. 0.000.055 and 0.000.062are the by far the most common. I don't believe that there are any noticeable differences in terms if VIEWs or PICs the way that there are with KQ4. All of my copies of the CD version are 1.000.052.

Are the other versions you have localized? Could you give me a file listing of the floppies for 0.000.051 and 0.000.054 so I could be sure that my KQ5 installer works with them, too.

I really would love to help. But unfortunately the .54 version falls into the "saw" category (on mobygames), and the .51 consists for whatever reasons of 9 5,25" Disks and 1 3,5" Disk. And I do not have a 5,25" drive. For whatever reason this Disk mix seems to have been normal, here is another Auction on this:
