This little girl at Krispy Kreme in the line in front of me was obsessed with me. She was so cute. Her grandmother took like 10 pictures of us. So I took one too. At the end she (the kid) wanted a hug and kiss. #TalkLikeAPirateDay

Me and the booty. Ironically, this isn't even for me. My wife has been desiring donuts, and the only place is a single Krispy Kreme. (All the others were everywhere then suddenly all closed down). And on Sept 19th, if you walk in and talk like a pirate, you get one free donut. If you dress like one, you get a dozen free donuts.

So when I went, I thought it might be me and a few others dressed up...

I was horribly wrong. The line was out the door, with people dressed up in different levels of pirate attire. Some simple, some all out.

Took one hour to get the donuts, because there were THAT many people.

Worth it? Perhaps not. But it DID mean me staying dressed as a pirate even longer, which ... I was okay with.

And besides ... the little girl made me night. She was adorable.

D'awwww... *melts* What a cute little girl. :) Nice pirate costume, too, Tawmis! But where's Odin...? Aw, I miss him. ;)

Avast darr, mateys! Hoist the twelve-pounder aboard and prepare to be a-stromin' their fo'c'sle! ;) (And if you know your nautical terms, that sentence actually makes sense). :)

Speaking of pirates, the following video would probably be familiar (but I still think it's quite amusing...)
