Yeah. Trying to decide if I want the Anniversary edition. Kind of a steep price, for essentially is one game, since I actually have the (classic) version of Gold Rush already...

Looks like the anniversary edition is the remake, so that would be a preorder. And the Special Edition includes both the original and the remake with extras.

This thread is so awesome! Have I shared that yet? I mean, all of you guys are incredible, and K0sh showing off his incredibly huge collection foreign Sierra software always gets me drooling. :)

I know, I really need to post here more frequently. I am trying! I think this is the 2nd time I've checked this forum in the past few weeks. That's seriously like an accomplishment for me! ;)

My collection is constantly growing, but you can find it here: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set ... f689b99755

There are some new items I need to take some pictures of, but that is a fairly recent pic. Hope everyone has a fantastic day! :)

Talk to you later!

Not really sure if this qualifies as a "new acquisition", but I just purchased the pre-order for Jane Jensen's Gabriel Knight remake:
http://store.postudios.com/products/gab ... n-preorder

If you pre-order, you get the soundtrack and 15% off.

Though I ordered via Steam, there dosen't seem to be any "download soundtrack" option, hmmm. Perhaps it will come when its released.

I got the link to the soundtrack in my email after completing the pre-order, but I did it directly in phoenix online's website!

I wonder if there will be a boxed version!

I was thinking to buy it via Phoenix as it was a few $ cheaper, but I have other games in Steam and so would be nice to have them in one place.
However, it does indeed say on Steam news that you'll get the soundtrack if you pre-order, however nothings happened. No download link, no email.

I was hoping for a boxed version, like a collectors edition or similair, that would be great!!

Phoenix Studios replied about the "missing" soundtrack via Steam:

"On Steam, we are unable to make portions of the game bundle available before launch, but rest assured you will get that unlocked on the day of release."

So thats that :)

Thanks, Josh.
YOUR collection is not less awesome with all that learning titles etc.
And you helped not one to track down a game I was looking for!
Besides.. there are still one or two games that I would "borrow" from your shelves if you invite me over 8-)

I´m pretty sure that there will be a boxed version of GK 20th released in Germany.
The German market is still strong, maybe the strongest in Europe, if it comes to boxed releases!
And we already got boxed Moebius and Cognition over here:
- http://www.amazon.de/Phoenix-Moebius-Em ... ds=moebius
- http://www.amazon.de/Phoenix-Cognition/ ... y_vg_img_y

But I doubt that there will be any kind of special edition :|
And can´t tell if a possible German version would come complete in English.
Guess we have to wait a bit more - a boxed version would be released a while after the online launch.
Surprisingly the online release is within spitting distance..

That's great, I'll buy it even if it's only released in german! :)
