I've been listening to this at work all day today and yesterday. It's over 5 hours of a guy playing "Puzzle of Flesh" from beginning to end for the first time and providing an MST3K-type commentary to it all the way through. Really well done and hilarious. Mike Nelson would be proud. I don't think I can play the game the same way after seeing this.
