QfG2 is EGA. That screenshot definitely isn't.

You are getting warmer. They are 2 small objects, hence the pixelation.

Is it the Senses Cave in the Dark One's Cave, in QfG4? You know - the bit where you start out in the dark, and as you walk through it, you regain your senses one by one? IIRC, you first regain your hearing, then your sense of smell etc...

Those tendrils don't quite look like that. You be very very close now. Reverse course about halfway through that game and you'll be there.

It is a little further along than that, but not much. After you free the Domovoi, his buddy tells you to go somewhere, find someone, and do something...

Well... *shrug* I haven't played the game in a while, and it's only mentioned once - when vampire-Tanya says "Oh, Vana, I thought I lost you forever!"

Hmmm.... as for the guess, would this be vampire-Tanya's bedroom? I don't normally tackle that bedroom after much, much later - i.e. after more side-quests, meeting the gypsies etc.
