It looks like 5 to me, but something feels off about the art style slightly. It could be because of how close it is, though. Either way, I can't particularly place it either.

Here's another part of that screen. Also, I just noticed that there are two possible answers that match the images I've shown so far, so I'd accept either of them as correct. If I gave the part of the image that distinguished the two, it would be immediately obvious even to someone who's never played the game.
