Oh! It seems you found a third use of that screen. The original screenshot I was going from was the game's end credits (anyone would have been able to guess that if I'd shown the "Sound Effects: / Ken Allen / Mark Seibert / Orpheus Hanley" part of the screenshot). I then found that it was also used in the underground base where you insert the data disk. And I see here that it's also used for the library computer at the very start of the game.

(The Deltaur in the remake also has a computer to read the data disk in case you missed your earlier opportunity, but it just shows the information on a black screen; it doesn't use this background.)
