The snippet you gave doesn't have any visible pixels, which would normally rule out any EGA or VGA game. However, you might also have introduced that blurriness on scaling it up.

Oh, wait. Spikey was right. It's the last room in the game. I guess that is called the essence cave. I mistook Spikey's guess for being about this screen, but that one is the sense cave.
