I'm shocked (shocked!) that there was no mention of his roles as Pinky, Yakko, or Dr Scratchansniff.

Not sure why there's no mention of that. Maybe I just got a kick out of it because I didn't grow up with Animaniacs - I only discovered it a couple of years ago - and I really liked how they didn't try to dumb it down, just because it was a kids' show.

Paulsen was announced waaaaay back even before the Kickstarter started (and before the game had even started development). They even had him on in a live stream.

Well, okay. I never managed to finish any SQ games after I (finally!) finished SQ3, so while I like SQ games, I liked Sierra's other quest games more.

So, y'know, I probably haven't paid as much attention to the Spaceventure as I did to other reboots. Bad me. *blush*

It's funny, but all these years I've been saying it, I was 100% sure the word originated as an old Simpsons quote where Cletus says "Hot dang, I'm gonna get me some edumacation!" Looking it up, I found the show never says the word once, and what I accredited to Simpsons was actually from the 1992 Tiny Toons movie.

Not sure if that's where you remember it from. It could be slang that goes back even further as far as I know, or something that popped back up in pop culture on its own.
