Perhaps a possible new avatar, Collector? (QFG4 screens now on my Google Drive collection)

Dang nice... gives me a new appreciation of the original artists' talent. So awesome. Thanks so much for sharing.

Is it my imagination, or is Erasmus's hat (in Tawm's post) taller than the one that Collector has as his avatar?

I think Collector squished the avatar to fit the dimensions.

No it's probably more likely that he used the raw game resource image with square pixels. Meanwhile, the games were meant to be played on CRT monitors with rectangular "tall" pixels in an aspect ratio of 4:3 in 320x200 (rather than 16:9 aspect ratio which is what 320x200 is natively with square pixels). I corrected the aspect ratio after I upscaled the images so it has the proper proportions that the artists intended. But it's easier to do that on an upscaled image than it is with a pixelated image without warping the pixels themselves.
