When the chef made the chocolate truffle, some kids rang the bell - ding dong! - and ran away. While the chef answered the door, his assistant accidentally replaced the chocolate ganache centre with actual truffles (the mushrooms). (BK launched this with an expensive ad campaign to tell people with mental issues that "it's OK not to be OK". WTF? So now having depression or anxiety is "Not OK", but it's OK to have it. Thanks, BK.

As for the Unhappy Meal itself, it's probably a burger, fries and Coke. Because everybody knows that all you need to fix mental issues is a BK burger, fries and Coke. I repeat: WTF?
