We're on lock down, but we are allowed to leave. It's just everything else is pretty much closed, except for restaurants that offer "to go/pick up" food.

Is there anything at all open in your part of Cali, apart from restaurants? Supermarkets? Parks? Pharmacies? Government buildings? I mean, you can get food and water - but can you get soap, toilet paper, medicines, shampoo etc.?

Supermarkets are currently open; but under controlled conditions. "X" amount of people in, "X" amount of people out.

Parks are open (normal parks, I don't know about State Parks). Government buildings are closed, in regards to having to do Jury Duty, trials, etc.
