Weird. I have an AGI Studio that has a PICEDIT.exe file (which I may have downloaded separately at some point). Of course, says it doesn't work because it's a 16bit application blah blah blah.

Yep, PICEDIT.EXE is the external tool by Lance that I was talking about.
