There are no words that are 42, 43 or 44 letters long, so ...

Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis. It is a word coined by the president of the National Puzzlers' League as a synonym for the disease known as silicosis. Silicosis is a lung disease contracted from the inhalation of very fine silica particles, specifically from a volcano.
