Not sure what "The Phantom Dennis" is - I assume "The Phantom Menace" from Star Wars? If so - I'd like to build off of that...

King's Quest: The Phantom Dentist. Plunge into deep cavities in the ground, because King's Quest: The Phantom Dentist, is an adventure game you can sink your teeth into! Gum it up with some of the locals, find the hidden safe behind the plaque, because you're going to need to brace for adventure, as you're sent by the Crown to help the Tooth Fairy! This is going to be amazing - just by word of mouth alone! Once you play this game, you won't need to play another because it's so filling!

Um ... "the Phantom Dennis" is a riff on "The Phantom Menace", as well as a play on "Dennis the Menace". (Note I said "he doesn't need a slingshot to be a menace"). :)

Oh, the Phantom Dentist ... too many puns! Pun overload! All right -- two can play this game!

King's Quest 2: Romancing the Crone. Oh, dear -- King Graham's promised bride is a witch, with warts and a pointy nose and everything! But she is a powerful witch, so Graham had better grin and bear it! This game spells trouble, because she has seven body doubles -- six of whom are illusions -- so Graham has to find out which witch is which, or she'll turn him into a frog and he'll end up in her cauldron (mwa-ha-ha!) But never fear -- if Graham finds the witch's broomstick, he can escape -- and then he would really clean up! But beware, because this game will have you under its spell!

(also subtitled "Romancing the Groan") :P

Jurassic Quest: Help Elsa von Spielberg and her husband, Steven, deal with a bunch of cloned dinosaurs loose on a remote island...and maybe make a movie about it while they’re at it. With Laura Dern as the voice of Elsa.

Space Quest 8: Thoracic Lark. Uh-oh -- Stellar Sandiego has the most terrible backache! And massages, hot baths etc. don't help. So Roger Wilco must be shrunk down (yes, again) and injected into her upper spine, so he can find out what's wrong. Wish him luck ... ;)

Mask of Paternity: Sequel to the above game. Connor’s many flings are demanding child support, so he joins forces with Ms. Chung to find her husband and prove the philandering Alexander is responsible.

Well the "Tortoise and the Heir" - is clearly "The Tortoise and the Hare" reference (the race between rabbit and turtle, but a spin on "Hare" to be "Heir" which is Alexander...
And the three headed dragon from King's Quest III he's saying is King Ghidorah (from Godzilla) and Gamera is also from Godzilla who looks like a turtle.
So Alexander ("The Heir/Hare") vs Gamera (the Tortoise).

I like the idea of shuffling titles...

Leisure Suit Larry: in Romancing the Throne. Larry takes a trip to England and has fallen hard for the Duchess - but in order to get close to her - he's going to need to do a few things - namely, infiltrate the British Guards! (A black cat on his head should do the trick - wait - is that the same cat from King's Quest III?)

Quest for Glory: The Perils of Erana: Relive Erana’s experience imprisoned in limbo, in a horror game that makes Phantasmagoria look like Mixed Up Mother Goose.

The Paladin’s Bequest: Nearing death, the Hero gathers his nearest and dearest to his castle in Silmaria and announces his intentions to bequeath his personal fortunes to them, including his flaming blue sword. Predictably, bodies start piling up, and another Rites of Rulership will be in order unless the culprit is found. Play as any of the four women he can marry in the fifth game to solve the mystery - the killer’s identity varies depending on which one you choose.

 The Paladin's Bequest. Love it! :)

Leisure Suit Larry, in: Romancing the Crone. Oh, dear! In pursuit of romance, Larry visits Spielburg -- only to be captured by Baba Yaga and turned into a frog! Can you help him undo the curse and find a way into Baba Yaga's heart?

(Also known as "Romancing the Croak") :P

King's Quest: The Wizard And The Princess. Manahanananana has been returned to his wizardly form and has learned the fate of his brother - and now he wants to double down on his revenge! He wants to abduct Rosella and make the Graham family play! The game swaps characters - you begin as Manahanananana doing things to try and abduct Rosella - then once abducted, you become Rosella, attempting to escape Manahanananana!

Laura Bow: Cranston Manor. Sixteen treasures have been stolen - and now Laura needs to find the scoop as to why! She teams up with police officer, Jim Bonds (yes, the great grand father of Sonny Bonds!) as they investigate the scene. Switch between Laura and Jim to get as much information as you can!

Leisure Suit Larry in Boogie Bunnies. Down on his luck, Larry took up a job as a dishwasher, got promoted to a waiter - and now finds himself at the Playboy Mansion! These girls all want something - but will Larry be able to woo one of them to give him something special?

King's Quest III.5: Frogger. You're the Prince seen in King's Quest IV - and you've only just turned into a frog. Now you must dodge the dangers of the land and make it to the pond where you will await Rosella!

King's Quest VII.5: Troll's Tale. You are Edgar in the form of a troll, sharing the woes of your life. This one is a real downer.

Is it me, or is anyone else reading "Manahanananana" as "Mahna-mahna Man"? ;)

OK, this one made me laugh. And also gave me an idea! With the kind permission and assistance of EON Productions Limited ...

Bond's Quest: Goldfrogger! Yes, you are playing James Bond (Sonny's great-great-grandfather!) Your mission? To find the fabled Gold "Frogger" statue, which was stolen from the British Museum, and return it there! But it's held on the other side of a stream populated by alligators, which Bond must cross by leaping from gator head to gator head! :P Featuring The Ghost of Honor Blackman as the voice of Pussy Galore Lots-o-Cats! :P

His (proper) spelling to me is like "Banana" - like I can never remember how to spell it right. I always think it's "bananna" for some reason... :D

I hear the BOND music.
And at the end, a frog sound - followed by the announcer going, "Don't croak."

Heh. Then I'm sure you'd love Nanny Ogg's Banananana Dakry. ;) Confused? Not to worry: Nanny Ogg is one of the witches in Terry Pratchett's Discworld series. In the book "Witches Abroad", the witches go to Genua (a very, very Louisiana-like location, complete with gumbo and voodoo and zombies and Mardi Gras etc.), where they learn from one of the inhabitants how to make a Banana Daiquiri.

However, Nanny's spelling is a bit ... erratic ... so she sends postcards like this home:
Anywey one good thing is the drink here is v. cheap theres this one called a Bananana dakry which is basicly Rum with a bananana* in it. I can feel it doin me good. It is v. damp here. I hope we find somewhere to stay tonigt I expect we shal because Esme alweys falls on her feet or at any rate on someones feet. I have drawern a picture of a banananana dakry you can see it is empty right down to the bottom. Love, MUM XXXX

__________________________________________________________________
Nanny Ogg knew how to start spelling ‘banana,’ but didn’t know how you stopped.
(p. 190-191)

Anyway, here's one recipe for a Bananana Dakry. Enjoy :D
