Guidebook differences?

First of all, it's awesome to see forums still active in this day and age of discord and reddit! (not that there's anything wrong with them!)

Quick question, whenever I play KQ6, I use my copy of the guidebook that came with my trusty 'promotional' CD copy of the game (the age of CD gaming is upon us!), but I heard this edition is more or less abridged, and that the one supplied with the diskette had some differences. What is different between the two editions? I know I could just look for myself, but it's much more fun to ask! :p

I have the manual that is jewel case-sized with my CD version. I never thought about them having different content. I just thought it was resized.
