Huh. That trapdoor looks way, way too low for a hanging to work. In real life, you would just fall flat on your you-know-what. ;) There should be at least 8-9 feet between the trapdoor and the ground, although of course other factors are in play, such as the person's weight, the length of the rope, where it is placed on the jugular, etc.

(I'm not an expert on hanging, obviously! ;) I've just read one or two books about strange laws, weird punishments, and so on).

It's not turn, NBH! :)

No, I do not have more than two words in the name (wouldn't this rule in, PQ, KQ, etc.?)
