...what has happened to http://www.questforheroes.com ? Whenever I try to go there, I'm rewarded merely with a blank white screen. Does anyone know what's happened?

The website might be down. That happens sometimes. Unless it's remained that way for several days (or up to a week), I wouldn't worry.
Using the Wayback Machine, I was able to grab some e-mail addresses. Try erasmus AT questforheroes.com and matt AT questforheroes.com. I don't know if those e-mail addresses are current (WM wasn't able to pull up anything more recent than 2007), but it's still something to work with.
