ProjectX? Promo2 on Kings quest 6 disc

I just got a bunch of used games for free from facebook :)

Among them was Kings Quest 6, (and the reason I picked up the bundle haha)

I was just leafing through the CD and found this video,

the video is called PROMO2 and it's located in a folder called PROJECTX I have never heard or seen anything about this? And googling online doesn't bring it up either

Does anyone know anything about this game and what happened or what it was or became?

Oooh Outpost does look like it's the game!

Came out in the right year and the graphics look the same as the video promo! Thank you so much! I'm going to update my youtube video to reflect that :D
